Where do I return my product?

#1 Contact Eastern Skating @jenn@easternskatingsupply.com to ensure your product is eligible for return. All sale and clearance items are ineligible for return. Used items or items not in original packaging is ineligible for return. Item must be in new condition as you received it. If we receive a package and haven't had contact with you we don't know if you want a refund, an exchange, if it was defective. We need to prior communication

#2 We need a note inside with the name of the person that purchased the product (name on credit card and/or order#)

#3 We need to know the reason and intent of the return. Would you like a refund? Would you like to exchange for a different size, color, etc.? Yes you may have told us in the email in step #1, but that was at least a week ago we don't remember.

#4 If you'd like you can call to tell us your package has arrived but it is not necessary. Do not expect that we are going to get to the refund the day that your tracking shows that it is delivered. Your product is delivered to a PO Box address that we pick up at 5pm daily and then it needs to be inspected to ensure it is in proper condition to receive a refund/exchange etc. and then we will look up your order if you have done steps #1-3 that will make things go a lot easier and quicker for all of us. :-) Your product should be in the condition you received it in and ready to sell to the next customer. Wipe the wheels off with alcohol pads if there is debris on them etc. If we have to do this for you, this is when we would be forced to charge a restocking fee because we have to pay our staff to make your product in a resellable condition. We are going to have to start enforcing this if the product keeps coming back in a condition other than the condition that they are sent in. Ask yourself, would I want my product to arrive to me in this condition? If the answer is no, then adjust accordingly. Thank you for your consideration.

#5 Expected time of refund...there is a whole blog post about this you can read but the short version is your money leaves our bank the second we process it and depending on your bank it may take 2-10 business days to process and for the credit to appear. If it has not appear in that time frame send an email provided above and we will look into it for you. Thank you for doing business with Eastern Skating Supply!!!
