All of the products purchased through our website are warrantied through the manufacturer. If you receive a product and you believe it is defective contact us and we will advise you of the proper steps for your particular product as each manufacturer is different. In some cases Eastern Skating Supply will file the warranty claim for you on your behalf if that is required by the manufacturer, otherwise we will give you the forms and contact info you need to file such claim.
