Refunds & Exchanges of Defective Products

All of the products purchased through our website are warrantied through the manufacturer. If you receive a product and you believe it is defective contact us and we will advise you of the proper steps for your particular product as each manufacturer is different. Usually Eastern Skating Supply will file the warranty claim for you on your behalf. The manufacturer will ask for photos of videos to initiate the them. At times they will ask you to send them the product, initially at your cost, if they need to inspect it to find out more about the defect. If it is determined that the product is defective they will likely replace the product and refund your shipping costs. If it is determined that the damage is not a defect and was a user induced issue, you will not be refunded for your shipping costs and they may offer to fix it for a fee or send it back.

Keep in mind, every manufacturer is different and have different warranties. There is no blanket time for warranties. Some are a few months and others are a year.

Eastern Skating Supply is a reseller of these products and is not responsible to determine warranty claims. We will assist in filing the claims for.
