As previously stated in our preorder policies: once the product has reached the United States and/or our distributor we will then cutoff the cancellation period. Eastern Skating Supply has confirmed the preorders previously placed with us as of yesterday with the distributor so they are preparing labels for pre-shipping so when your order comes up in line to be processed it will be expedited as quickly as possibly. We are not accepting emails about individual orders and what day they will be shipped because we don't have the answers. When we receive the tracking numbers, we will forward the information to you andwe anticipate all orders should be processed by the end of the month.
