USPS ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN PRICES AND DELIVERY TIMES STARTING OCTOBER 3RD THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS

There have been some EXTREME delays in certain instances due to hurricanes, wildfires, and staff shortages due to COVID in certain areas of the country. We are NOT responsible for tracking your packages once they leave our facility. We are not privledged to any special contact phone numbers as a business that the general public does not have access, therefore we cannot call and track down all of the delayed packages because your package is not the only one delayed. We are getting emails every day so, rest assured your package is not likely lost. If you feel your package may be lost you may file a claim online after 15 days from the date it is mailed and you may feel free to notify us at that time. USPS is not the only one experiencing these delays, I've had trouble receiving packages from Fedex as well and UPS seems to be the least affected at the moment. Order your items earlier to avoid disappointment, that's all I can say. We are not responsible if your items do not arrive in the "2-5 day standard shipping time".
