RETURN POLICY ADDENDUM

If you send a return package with no note it will be set aside until someone has time to research who you are and then contact you to find out the purpose of the return, which may take weeks or even months as we are extremely busy and this is not our main priority. Getting our orders out the door is our main priority and if you send us a package with no instructions, we don't have time to do detective work. If you would like a refund or exchange quickly, provide us with your name, order number, and reason for return. We have a FAQ section on our website that goes over all of this including our mailing address. Do not send packages to our physical address or they may get lost as we only rent space within this business. Just because you emailed someone last week doesn't mean that someone is going to receive your package or remember if John Smith wanted a refund or exchange of his size 12 Jackson Finesses, if we even get a name on the return address. So take the time to tell us what you would like done with the return or don't be upset if it is sitting here until you contact us. Also expect 3-5 days processing on all returns exchanges. We have to pick them up from our mailing address, inspect and process them. Thank you for following our policies put in place to expedite processing.
