LUMINOUS WHEEL UPDATE 12/11/20

LUMINOUS WHEEL UPDATE:

I spoke to Luminous today and the shipment did arrive and did clear customs at the port, however, there is so much traffic waiting for shipments to be unloaded that the cargo is literally sitting in the Ocean waiting to unload and it could be several days until it is on land. Therefore it does not look like the wheels will get to Luminous and out to the retailers by the 18th to ship on the 18th or 19th, which is the USPS deadline to guarantee delivery by Christmas. I know this is very unfortunate as many of you wanted to wrap these up for gifts. The only thing we can suggest is that you give the receiver a picture of the item that will be arriving shortly after Christmas. We apologize for any distress this may cause, this is obviously out of our control or Luminous' control as we are at the mercy of the shipping companies and the US Ports that are overloaded with holiday items arriving. We have been trying to stay as transparent about this process as possible by giving you all of the updates that we have, the minute we have them. Thank you for your patience and your business.
