Luminous Orders/Shipping

Luminous wheels are On the way and shipping NEXT week!! We are beginning to print labels now as we have a lot of orders to fill so your labels will show inactive for several days, this is NORMAL. It will show active when it is delivered to the post office. Continue to check status on the website blog. ALL order statuses are the same, they are in preshipping status, packages are being packed with any other items you may have ordered and labels being created and attached to your order. Just to reiterate, we cannot accept any changes to orders or cancellations at this stage, in order to make this process as accurate and efficient as possible
