Luminous Arrival Update:

I understand that some shops have received their wheels already and they are located in Cali and either sent their personal couriers or were able to get their small orders sent via Fedex however Eastern Skating Supply had the largest order and Luminous chose to use a Freight company to send our shipment to save money (which will not happen next time as we will foot the extra to expedite the shipping). Luminous informed us that the wheels were packed and shipped first thing on Wednesday 12/23 when in fact the shipping company says and shows they were picked up on Monday 12/28. Luminous says their rep says the delivery is due Monday 1/4 and the shipping company tells us the eta is Tuesday 1/5 or Wed 1/6 so bottom line is your order is labeled, packed and ready and just waiting for these wheels to arrive. The day they arrive they will be shipped and delivered within 1-3 days Priority mail via USPS or UPS ground if it is a large order. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience and loyalty!!
