All Orders placed up until august 1st should have tracking #s. please check your spam/junk folder before emailing us that you don't have it.
all orders placed after august 1st will have their tracking #s by the end of this weekend.
As we always do with these big orders we have a cut off where we can no longer accept requests to change or cancel your orders and this was when the wheels hit Luminous factory last week. Luminous wheel preorders are in the final stages of preparation for shipment. Labels have been made and paid for, packages are being filled with any additional items in your order and the wheels are due to arrive any day and they will be sealed and dropped for delivery. Your envelopes will NOT be pulled from the production line at this point in time. If you wish to add something you will have to place another order. If you wish to cancel you will need to send the product back for a return. Hopefully everyone included apartment #s, floor #s, and suites on their order. Please refer to frequently asked questions about cancellations on our blog for questions regarding this policy. Thank you for your patience. You may receive tracking info before or after shipment, depending on availability, just know that shipment of orders is our #1 priority, tracking information is our second.
