When choosing Expedited or International shipping; charges are only estimated at checkout based on the price of the item but may need to be adjusted (up or down) based on the size and weight of the product after checkout. INTERNATIONAL customers email for an exact quote, include complete address and items in your cart.

Clients must provide a complete physical address for delivery.  Failure to provide a complete address (without suite/apartment #s, etc.) may result in additional shipping charges passed on by shipping providers starting at $18.00.  

Fedex/UPS/USPS/etc, no longer "guarantee" expedited delivery, even if the customer pays extra for such services.  ESS typically ships in stock product within 24 hours and standard shipping can typically take anywhere from 1-10 days, expect delays due to COVID and the holidays and order early.  All items that are pre-order are labeled so on the ribbon before you click on the product and in the product description, it is the client's responsibility to read these descriptions before making their purchase to ensure the product is in stock.  Feel free to email to verify.  You will typically be notified within 48 business hours if an item becomes out of stock after ordering. All pre-order updates are posted on our blog and all email inquiries regarding preorders will be referred there so please check there before emailing to save yourself and our staff the time of redirecting you.

**Shipping Outside the Continental U.S. (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) may require additional postage**  In those cases you may be sent a seperate invoice for shipping charges exceeding the standard $19.95 shipping charge for skates due to the size and weight of the product.  We will not proceed with the transaction and ship the product until the charges are approved and paid.  If you are outside the Continental US, you may call for a quote, otherwise, standard rates apply.
