Hand-Laid Toray Carbon, Total Power Transfer
At the heart of Vaypor is hand-laid, unidirectional Toray carbon from Japan. This is not generic carbon. Toray is known worldwide for its consistency, strength-to-weight ratio, and performance in high-end sporting and aerospace applications.
By hand-laying the carbon, we control fiber orientation with precision. The result is a carbon fiber boot that is exceptionally stiff in the direction of power transfer while maintaining controlled flex where needed.
