These are very grippy and fast. Hard, I probably should have gotten the xfirm not xxfirm (or xxfast). I still don't get the same pop from Piper wheels as I do from the Ole MPC Black Magic. The black magic wheels seem softer, more flexible but still fast. I'm not actually speed skating, just fun rink skating so comfort is nice too. They are OK for now and do have great roll. Pop is just nice for starts, comfort and pumping through corners.
