All returns for exchange or credit must be within 30 days. Special orders and sale items may not be returned. We only accept unused products in original condition with original packaging for return. The returned item must be able to be resold as new. Boots, frames, or wheels may not be mounted in any way to qualify for a credit. Boots may not be molded to qualify for a credit. Wheels are only returnable upon defect and bearings are non-refundable due to high counterfeit rates of these items.
All product returns except size exchanges may require a 15% restocking fee. For size exchanges, there are no restocking fees, as long as the product is returned in new condition. The shipping cost for any returned items is the sole responsibility of the customer. When your returned item has been received you will be credited for the item minus the restocking fee. If your returning equipment that initially had free shipping the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the amount credited back to you. We will not cover the initial free shipping or any shipping charges in the case of a return without exchange..
For exchanges, the customer is responsible to return the product to us in the case that they chose the wrong size or would like a different option.Please contact us before returning any item as we will instruct you where to send it to. Do not assume it is going back to the place on your invoice or the return label. We will let you know. If item is sent to the wrong address, it is not our responsibility to obtain it for your refund. That will be the responsibility of the customer so please contact us prior to returning.
