Stay in control with soft wheels (80mm 80A) that grip the surface to control speed, add stability and smooth out cracks and bumps. Once your confidence is up and wheels are worn down, replacing with harder wheels can add some speed and durability. Composite plastic frames further help dampen vibrations (not removable - not adjustable). K2 SoftBoots are comfortable and ventilated (fixed liners) with no real break-in required. Speed lacing is a nice touch and the extra strap over the toe helps with resistance to increase energy transfer.
Speed Lacing:Pulls tight and stays tight with lace-locking tab. Store extra lacing in velcro pouch on tongue. Push tab to loosen.
