Lost Packages

Although this has been posted previously in our policies, here is a recap:


Eastern Skating Supply is not responsible for lost orders following delivery. We recommend choosing a secure location for your delivery address. If your home/apartment/etc is not a safe place to leave packages, you can always have your skates delivered to a UPS store for pick-up or choose to have it delivered to your work or safe location. This is your responsibility. USPS (small items) are insured up to $50 and UPS are insured up to $200. International packages are insured up to $200. Additional insurance may be requested for any package, upon request only. Claims may be filed by the recipient but are not always guaranteed. We will provide any necessary documents needed to assist you in filing the claim. Claims should be filed online with the delivery service.
